Applicants must meet our qualification criteria, which include income, credit, and background requirements. Each applicant over the age of 18 must complete an application and undergo a screening process.

Applicants may qualify by meeting income and credit criteria, with or without a guarantor. Credit and background screening, as well as income verification, are required for all applicants. Please contact the leasing office for the most current qualification standards.

We offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom freestanding homes in Round Rock, TX, with flexible availability to fit your timeline. Each floor plan is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, space, and everyday convenience

Your monthly rent includes access to all community amenities, such as the work lounge, game lounge, Coffee bar, resort-style pool, fitness center, and more. Please see question 10 for details on additional fees.

Wi-Fi in common areas is included. Round Rock is deregulated, so you get to pick and set up your own provider that fits your needs. Water and sewer are billed back through your rent, and you will see 2 charges of each; 1 is the base rate that Round Rock charges, and the other is your usage.

We do not require an upfront deposit. However, based on credit and background results, a full one-month deposit may be required for pending approvals.

We typically offer standard 12+ month lease terms. For information on other lease durations or renewal options, please speak with a member of our leasing team.

Yes, rental insurance is required for all residents with a minimum $100,000 liability. If you have your own policy, please upload the policy to Foxen.com

Applications are completed online through our website. An application fee per applicant is required to cover the cost of credit and background screening along with a one-time administrative fee. Please contact the leasing office for the current application fee amount.

We have a total of $113 in monthly fees, which includes an $85 technology fee covering Wi-Fi and protection for normal wear and tear on your Google Home Doorbell, Nest Thermostat, and keyless entry, a $25 valet trash service with pickup Sunday through Thursday, and a $3 pest control fee. There are also optional services you are automatically enrolled in, including $16 for renter’s insurance and $9 for a credit builder program per resident over the age of 18.

Yes! Stillwell is a smoke-free community that welcomes pets. We have a dog park for your furry friends. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent are required. Please contact the leasing office for complete details on our pet policy.

Yes, we have uncovered spots that are first come, first served. We also have reserved covered parking and detached garages. Please contact the office for updated pricing on reserved parking spots.
